Bed of Spinach (chopped)

In a bowl combine the following…
1 small apple chopped (I use Fuji)*
1/8 c. chopped pecans or walnuts*
1 celery stalk chopped*
1/2 c. Vanilla Low fat Yogurt*

Scoop over bed of spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

A Weight Watchers 5 Point salad.
